ORDERS:
All orders are subject to credit approval. Faxed & Emailed orders are considered originals and will be treated as such. Orders that are cancelled will be billed for any work that was completed.
TERMS:
Most terms are net 30 days. New accounts require a 50% deposit. 10% discount are offered for 100% prepayment. Any freight charges that are due will be billed upon shipment of order.
SHIPPING:
Shipping & handling charges are prepaid and invoiced F.O.B. factory. All freight claims are to be made to the carrier by the recipient for any damage in transit.
OVERAGE:
All custom imprinted products have a + or – 5% leeway and will be billed accordingly.
RETURN POLICY:
All returns must be pre-authorized in writing 2 days of receipt. Any merchandise found to be incorrectly produced due to factory error will be replaced at no charge within five working days. Credit will not be issued for goods which are unavailable for return to the factory.
PRICING:
All pricing is subject to change without notice.
